He knows the ins-and-outs of buying and selling homes, and is incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. He is very patient and generous in giving detailed feedback and notes in reading through HOAs (which he has great expertise in reviewing) and contracts, pointing me in a good direction with lenders, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided me through every step of the way.
